Shipping Policy

• All items receive free shipping as standard.

• For orders over $50,000, a Nico Gerard Client Service Representative will contact you to arrange for a delivery via secure courier.

Return Policy

• We want you to be completely happy with your order. Subject to certain exceptions set forth below. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of the (original) merchandise.

• Please note: a return authorization must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, and the product returned within 10 days of the return authorization being issued. Furthermore, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place. Nico Gerard will not accept any return if the product is damaged, or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the 30-day return authorization has passed. If the returned item has been used and has signs of wear, a 30% refurbishing fee will be charged.

• Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the customer’s request must and should be returned with all the links originally shipped.
